Who else is tired of seeing the leaked photos of Jennette or any other celebrity from the past (mostly jennette's photos)? Just me? Aw well. Anyways, I know I'm not the only one wondering why hell broke loss when this massive upload of Jennifer Lawrence and a handful others get spread throught out the internet.
I have somewhat of a theory on why people took these scandalous photos were taken much more seriously then some of the others in the past: I believe people were getting into trouble for posting these photos because Jennifer and others took action the moment they heard about their personal life hitting the internet. Victoria Justice stated that the photos of her were fake, Mary E. Winstead said that the ones of her were deleted but the lonely jerk off probably had to put in some effort in order to get their hands on them. Jennifer most likely told her Reps to make sure that the authorities keep the photos from spreading even further around the internet.
What I am getting at is that some of these celebrities are taking action and are looking to keep those photos from spreading, while others, such as Jennette McCurdy and Vanessa Hudgens, it does not seem like they cared enough to ask for the photos to be terminated before everyone in the world saw them. Jennette just stated that the photos were of her but claimed that she sent them to someone she trusted at the time. Vanessa apologized to her fans for about seeing those photos hit the internet. I am not saying they did not do anything to prevent it from spreading, I'm just saying that they might not have put in as much effort into finding whoever posted them and doing actually doing something about it, like Jennifer Lawrence.
I am sure a lot of people will disagree, but I'm just simply throwing out a theory on why the authorities are moving into action to stop these photos from getting out even more compared to some others from the past.
